Auction terms and conditions apply and are available upon request while visiting our resale warehouse. 
Buyers Premium: 15% buyers premium for all transaction.
Items listed to be auction may be pulled at anytime at the discretion of Delaware Estate Sales, the Auctioneer, or the consignor.
All items won must be paid for immediately at the end of the auction (or before you decide to leave the event)
All items won must be removed from the event at the end of the auction (or before you decide to leave the event)
You need to be prepared to pack and remove the items as our staff will be focused on operating the auction and not available to assist unless special arrangements are pre-made.
Please remember to have all necessary boxes and packing materials needed to assist you with removing the items you had won.
Upon being awarded the winning bid, please store the winning item(s) away from the working auction area.  This helps the staff keep the auction process running and limits any confusion.  Winning items are your responsibility to managed and watch.  Missing items will not be the responsibility of Delaware Estate Sales.

Seating if first come - first server, bring your own chair is welcome

Please consider the weather forecast and dress appropriately as the auction will be held outside (unless conditions require to move the event indoors)
